Without Referees we cannot play the game
We humbly urge that we all take it easy on our referees and officials. The same way you are prone to have a bad shooting days a player, the referee sometimes can have bad days at work too. We can only judge them based on consistency in their bad decision making. Is he/she a terrible referee at every single game or call?? If the answer is no, then we must respect their efforts the same way our team mates live with our bad performances on given days.
We understand that , in the heat of the moment, tempers easily flare up. But that’s what sports is all about; keeping your cool under pressure.
We urge all referees and officials to keep getting better at their jobs to help improve the quality of the game around the country
